Multiple Family $150.00 per unit

Manufactured Home $100.00

Addition $75.00 plus .10 per sq. ft. over 750 sq. ft.

Alteration $75.00

Solid Fuel Burning Device $50.00

Accessory Structure $75.00 plus .10 per sq. ft. over 1500 sq. ft.

Deck/Porch $50.00

Shed (145 sq. ft. – 400 sq. ft.) $25.00

Shed (>400 sq. ft.) $50.00

Swimming Pool $75.00

Building Commercial:

New $300.00 plus .15 per sq. ft. over 2000 sq. ft.

Addition $150.00 plus .15 per sq. ft. over 1000 sq. ft.

Cell and Other Tower:

New Tower $5.00 per foot of tower height

·        Building Permits shall expire one year from date of original issue. If renewed prior to the expiration there is no fee for the renewal. If the original permit has expired, it may be renewed at one half of the original permit fee.

·        Subsequent renewals are one half of the original permit fee.

·        After two renewals, the code enforcement officer may require a new permit and the fee will be based on the fee schedule in place at that time.
