Meetings are at the Vienna Town Hall at 7:00 PM, the 3rd Thursday of every month.

Duties of the Planning Board:
The Planning Board has the following powers and duties with respect to the Zoning Law:
1. Approval of special uses, site plans, and subdivisions;
2. Submittal of an advisory opinion to the Town Board for proposed amendments to this law.
Every decision of the Planning Board shall be made by resolution which shall contain a full record of findings in the case.
All applications made shall be made in writing on forms prescribed by the Town.
Members are appointed by the Town Board to seven-year terms.
