NOTICE TO BIDDER
Kerosene, Fuel Oil, Gasoline, Diesel, Propane Bid
For Town of Vienna

Town of Vienna is taking sealed bids for Fuel Oil, Gasoline, Diesel, and Propane. We are looking for a fixed price bid for at least one year.

Bids will be opened at the October 7th, 2026 regular board meeting. Bids need to be turned into the Town Clerk’s Office, 2083 State Route 49, North Bay, NY 13123 no later than 3:00PM on Wednesday October 7th, 2026.

Last year’s usage is available upon request in the Town Clerk’s Office. Please make sure it is clearly marked on the outside “SEALED BID-FUEL”. Please mail your bid early enough to account for delayed mail. Mailing address is Vienna Town Clerk, PO Box 250, North Bay, NY 13123. You can email the Town Clerk to make sure your bid has been received at townclerk@viennany.gov

The Town Board reserves the right to consider bids for a period of 45 days after their opening, during which time no bidder may withdraw his or her bid, and the right is reserved to the Town Board to accept or to reject any or all bids.
