NOCCOG: Local Government Conference presentations are available on the commission’s webpage. Motion was made to approve Abstract 6 Vouchers total $86,524.19. HIGHWAY cutting shoulders and replacing culvert pipes. Put in the speed hump on Lake Shore Road. C&S will do a bridge inspection Oswego Road Bridge and they will also be conducting a bridge survey this week. Mowing and Ditching Agreements Voted on. Borrowing the Village of Cleveland’s Crack Sealer to seal the parking lot. New Web Site is live at viennany.gov. very searchable. Memorial Day Parade went well. Senior Picnic on Thursday, August 22nd at 12:00 pm for seniors over the age of 55 at the Fireman’s Field. Bring a dish to pass. Water Extension Engineering Firm fixes have been completed, and draft petition was given to Supervisor. petition can be taken around with map, plans and projected cost. complaint about a neighbor playing music all day will need to be tabled discussed finding a resolution for repetitive noise. Resolution 22 of 24, Standard Work Day and Reporting passed. Local Law #3 of 2015 Dog Control proposed changes to the Service Dog Waver of Licensing fees. A motion was made to adopt Resolution 25 of 2024 Service Dog Licensing Fees. complaints of people going off trails with all terrain vehicles using snowmobile trails and causing damage.
John Parkhurst asked if the Town is responsible for taking care of the Revolutionary Grave for Jonathan Harvey. Steven Coccia thanked the Highway for putting in speed humps. Highway Supervisor mentioned that the work on trees on Oswego Road will happen this month.

6-24-2024 Town Council Special Meeting Minutes

SPECIAL Town Board Meeting Minutes June 24, 2024. RESOLUTION 22 OF 2024 STANDARD WORKDAY AND REPORTING RESOLUTION Supervisor Davis explained the calculation error for the Standard Work Day Hours for Phil Amway and Carol Huber on the Resolution that was passed at the Board Meeting on June 5. The Standard Work Day hours should be a 6 and not 7.5 for them. A motion was made by Councilman Lamb and Seconded by Councilman Smith to make the change and replace Resolution 22 with Resolution 26 of 2024. All were in Favor.
