TOWN OF VIENNA, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK

Local Law Amending Local Law #3 of 2008 to Clarify the Benefit Formula used to Levy Water Assessments in Hamlet of Vienna Water District Extension #1

Local Law #3 of 2008 established a Benefit Formula for application throughout all of the water districts in the Town of Vienna.

Local Law #3 of 2008 is hereby amended to limit its application only to the water districts in the Town of Vienna other than the Hamlet of Vienna Water District Extension #1.

Local Law #3 of 2008 will still apply to those other water districts pending further action of the Town Board.

This Local Law #2 of 2011 hereby establishes a benefit formula for application in the Hamlet of Vienna Water District Extension #1 and only that water district as follows.

Single-family residence equals one unit Vacant Land equals one-half unit Restaurant equals one unit

Campgrounds shall be assessed one unit for every ten campsites

In the event a campground contains a number of campsites not evenly divisible by ten, additional benefits will be assigned proportionately so that, for example, if there are 26 campsites, the benefit assessment would be 2.6
