NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TOV ZBA will hold a Public Hearing on Monday March 23, 2026 at 6:40 pm at the Vienna Town Hall, located at 2083 NYS Route 49, North Bay, NY. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear from the public comments for an interpretation of the codes officer actions in providing a certificate of occupancy for Building Permit B2025-52 (1572 NYS Route 49, TOV, Parcel number 235.006-4-18.1). Related TOV Zoning Law sections are 420A, 595, and 2015B.
Persons wishing to appear may do so in person or by attorney or by another representative. Written comments may also be submitted to kpavelock@viennany.gov prior to the hearing.
