Legal Notice – Town of Vienna Planning Board – Public Hearing – November 19, 2026 7:10 pm
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Vienna Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday November 19, 2026 beginning at 7:10 pm at the Vienna Town Hall, located at 2083 NYS Route 49, North Bay, NY.  The purpose of this Public Hearing is to consider the addition of 10 RV sites to the Treasure Isle RV Park located at 3132 Haskins Road, Town of Vienna, Tax ID 218.000-1-76.2, Application ID SUP2026-04.
Persons wishing to appear may do so in person or by attorney or by another representative.  Written comments may also be submitted to kpavelock@viennany.gov prior to the hearing.

LEGAL NOTICE – TOWN OF VIENNA – PUBLIC HEARING – 2027 PRELIMINARY BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Vienna will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 2083 State Route 49, North Bay, Oneida County, New York on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 7:05 P.M. pertaining to the 2027 Preliminary Budget.  A copy of the Preliminary Budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk for inspection during normal office hours or can be viewed on the Town Website linked here. (Note that it is a large PDF file.)
Any person may be heard in favor of or against any item contained in the proposed budget.
Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed annual salaries of the Town Officers are hereby specified as follows:
                        Town Supervisor                     $25,600.00
                        Highway Superintendent       $72,000.00
                        Town Clerk                               $35,000.00

NOTICE CONCERNING THE  EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA
(Pursuant to §501 of the Real Property Tax Law)
Notice is hereby given that the assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review.  This data is the information to be used to establish the assessment of each parcel which will appear on the tentative assessment roll of the Town of Vienna and will be filed on or before May 1^st, 2026. The information may be reviewed, by appointment, in the Assessor’s Office at 2083 NYS Route 49, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm, starting April 6^th.  An appointment to review the assessment information may be made by telephone at 315-245-2191, Menu Option 5.
